Spotlessly clean and ideal hotel with particularly good location to Mestre train station where you can catch a train into Central Venice in 15 minutes. Location close to the Mestre trainstation and bus stop and major public transport.

The hotel's decoration is very girlish. Ideal for women. :-) The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The location is very good. It is very easy to get to Venice from the hotel.
In the rooms you can hear everything what happens in the corridor, if the guests are noisy then you can hear every word in your room, it is disturbing. Not every room has shower or WC.

The breakfast was very good, with lost of variety to chose. Also the staff are very attentive to help you with all your questions.
The bathroom was good but when you have shower is quite difficult to don't wet all the bathroom because don't have nothing to cover around the shower like a courtain.

We had a delightful stay at Villa Serena. The charming furniture added a touch of coziness to the room. The wifi worked perfectly, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. The breakfast, although modest, was good, especially the delicious coffee. Despite a few tiny flaws, overall I would recommend this hotel.

Kindness of stuff.
On www.Booked.net was written that I can pay with diners but when I came in hotel they said to me that not accept diners , only visa or mastercard.

Great value for money! The hotel is conveniently located close to major public transport and the train station. The nice restaurant nearby offers delicious meals at affordable prices. Also, the rooms have a private washroom and a large shaded balcony, which is a plus. Finally, breakfast has many options and the coffee is really good.
None. All was good!

The hotel was very clean and staff very helpful. The location is perfect if you're arriving by car as the hotel offers a secure parking and just a few minutes walk to the the busstation that takes you straight out to Venice in a few minutes. There's also possibilites to catch the train even though we thought bus was more convenient. The hotel might seem a bit oldschool regarding pictures, but it looks much better in real life. Breakfast was OK.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
